Transcript Request

Current Students: Currently enrolled students can request official transcripts through their my.lamarpa.edu My Services portal. The request form can be found under the Student tab, then Student Records, Request Academic Transcripts.

Former Students: Previously enrolled students can request their transcripts by completing the Official Transcript Request Form and submitting the signed form via mail, fax, email or in person to the Records Office.

***Note: If the requested official transcript is being sent to a residence and not an institution, a copy of your photo ID must accompany your request in order for the transcript to be mailed.

All obligations to Lamar State College - Port Arthur must be cleared before transcripts will be released.

All transcript requests are processed and mailed free of charge. Official transcripts are sent by mail or electronically to select Texas institutions. No transcripts will be faxed or emailed.
