High School Graduate
High school graduates may apply by completing an application online at ApplyTexas or completing a paper application. Applicants must also submit an official high school transcript, bacterial meningitis vaccine documentation, Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSI) results, and complete Title IX Training.
