Determination of Final Grade There are two parts to this class, theory and lab. The grade on the theory part will be 50% test scores, 25% final, 15% homework, and 10% class participation. There will be six chapter tests, six chapter homework assignments, and one final for this class. The lab part will be determined solely on the total of points obtained by work performed in lab. The points come from the labor guide of Shop Key, the software we use as the service manual, repair order writer, and labor guide. The labor hours Shop Key uses to define how long it takes to complete a certain job will be turned into points that will be used to obtain the shop grade.
