Course TitleHuman Relations
Course Description Practical application of the principles and concepts of the behavioral sciences to interpersonal relationships in the business and industrial environment.
Course Prerequisites None.
Required Textbooks Human Relations in Organization, 8th edition, by Robert N. Lussier
Learning Objectives Students will be able to evaluate human relations including diversity, attitudes, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills to promote career success; identify and evaluate the causes and effects of strees in the workplace; develop individual and group communication, listening, and decision-making skills, and analyze how theories of motivation and human behavior impact strategies of change management.

Attendance Policy For each non-school related absence, 5 points will be deducted.
Determination of Final Grade Four exams = 400 points

        Only students enrolled in the course are allowed in the classroom.

        Cell phones and/or pagers are allowed ONLY on vibrate mode. Leaving the classroom to answer a page or phone call may constitute an absence or a tardy.
