Texas Reference Center TUTORIAL - Includes more than 80 full text journals and books about Texas history, ethnic and cultural diversity, gender studies, literature, public health, and business as well as home and garden and sports and leisure. The database contains biographies portraying famous historical and contemporary Texans such as George Herbert Walker Bush, Lady Bird Johnson, Dan Moody, Susanna Dickinson and Sam Houston. Newspapers providing Texas and national news coverage are also included.

Merriam Webster Dictionary and Thesaurus - Contains 225,000 entries, including more than 10,000 new words and definitions.
Statistical Abstracts - Statistical Abstract data present here ranges from our most recent edition to the historical abstracts compiled throughout the decades. Some of the data were scanned as an effort to make historical abstract information available to the public. The display of data will continue as historical records become available. For access to volumes not available through this project, please call your local Federal Depository Library.
Thomas (Library of Congress) - THOMAS was launched in January of 1995, at the inception of the 104th Congress. The leadership of the 104th Congress directed the Library of Congress to make federal legislative information freely available to the public.
