Lamar State College-Port Arthur is a great place to start. I am a 1986 childcare graduate. Since then, I've received a BA in Education with a minor in Psychology from Lamberurst University, a masters degree and a Doctorate of Divinity degree from the College of Biblical Studies in Lake Charles, La. I attended Lamar-Port Arthur in the late 1980's. I received a wonderful education there in the Business Data Processing field. I had wonderful instructors. I have worked for 14 years in Tulsa as a System Analyst. Thank you, Lamar-Port Arthur!

I attend college at Lamar State College-Port Arthur, and I would just like to say that Lamar-PA is the school I would tell my children to attend when they are thinking about going to college. The teachers are wonderful, and so are the staff. They take the time out to help a student and listen to them in what ever problems they may have. Thank you.

Thanks, Lamar-Port Arthur, for being a great school. I would advise the Lamar-Beaumont campus students to attend ya'll's campus any time of the day. The teachers and staff are the most friendliest people I've ever met in my life. Keep on teaching because that is what you do best. Bless you all.

Lamar State College-Port Arthur has been a life changing experience for me. The degree I earned not only changed my life but the lives of every individual I care for. I am from the Port Arthur area. I'm going to school at the University of North Texas in Denton. While I was home, I heard that there was an athletic program at Lamar State College-Port Arthur. There needs to be a website made to support these team so people in the area can know what is going on and come watch the games being played.
