Hi 1926 Gulf Of Venezuela exploded in the harbour of Port Arthur. My wifes granddad died in that accident. I would be very grateful for all help, what so ever, for details around the accident, what happened after?, articles about it, photos of the monument etc... Thanks in advance Ulf

I was inquiring to see if you still have a drafting technology department. When I taught there in 73-74, it was a very good program ran by Ralph Mock. One of the fields taught was steel detailing. Currently there's a shortage of detailers due to the decline of constructions in early 80's, the beginners were laid off. Now the building is booming and there's a shortage of detailers. I'm looking for a source of knowledgeable trainees.

I was a CPA (LU '81) until an accident which left only my handwriting and walking not quite up to par... But LU came to the rescue and now I am studying to become a nutrition counselor...wow what a switch. Plan to grad Spring '01. The instructors at LUPA are really caring and I believe they are the best!

Hello Lamar! I see that things are still going great. I guess SGA is as progressive as it used to be when I was President. They are probably doing better. One thing is for sure, You just can't beat Student Activities an exapmle of programming at its best!!!!!
