  • T.L.L. Temple Foundation awards $1.75M grant to LSCPA

    In the face of soaring construction costs, Lamar State College Port Arthur (LSCPA) seemed forced to limit its overall vision to build the largest commercial driver’s license training and testing center in Texas. But this week, the T.L.L. Temple Foundation stepped forward, contributing $1.75 million to the project to help the college fulfill its original vision of the state-of-the-art CDL facility in Jefferson County. Read More
