Adjunct Faculty Fair set for October 22

Are you interested in teaching part time for Lamar State College Port Arthur, where you can make a difference in the lives of others?

You are invited to attend an Adjunct Faculty Job Fair on Tuesday, October 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Carl Parker Center banquet room, located at 1800 Lakeshore Drive in Port Arthur.

If you are interested in pursuing employment with LSCPA, please bring a copy of your resume' and you'll have the opportunity to talk with department chairs and full-time faculty about open positions in academic and technical fields.

Instructors in academic fields must have a master's degree and 18 graduate hours in the teaching field, while instructors in technical fields must have a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree plus demonstrated competencies or experience in the teaching field.
